  • Animals: add species/breeds to the registry.
  • Crops: define varieties for planting.
  • Irrigation: document systems used per field.

Seasons

Use the header Season switcher to scope all data. You can create multiple seasons and switch anytime without losing context.

Register Assets

  • Land: parcels, size, and location for mapping and planning.
  • Animals: tag IDs, groups, and basic profiles.
  • Crops: available varieties and specifications.
  • Irrigation: link systems to fields for planning.

Production

Track field operations and livestock health.

  • Cultivation: plan planting, inputs, and tasks by land parcel.
  • Animal Health: log vaccinations, treatments, and incidents.
  • Harvests: record quantities, quality grades, and dates.

Post‑Harvest & Storage

  • Granaries: create storage locations/bins.
  • Stocks: see current levels by crop/grade.
  • Purchases: record external stock coming in.
  • Transfers: move stock between granaries.

Sales & Distribution

  • POS: register on‑site sales, print receipts, manage payments.
  • Orders: manage customer orders from the marketplace.
  • Clients: keep a customer list for direct selling.

Marketplace

  • Create public listings with images, price, and category.
  • Share your listing link; buyers can place orders directly.
  • Use Bookmarks to save listings of interest.
  • Promote via Billboard campaigns for visibility.

Inventory & Expenses

  • Inventory: track tools, inputs, and non‑produce items.
  • Expenses: capture operational costs and export reports.
  • Suppliers: manage vendor contacts and terms.

Best Practices

  • Always set the correct Active Season before data entry.
  • Use consistent naming for land parcels and granaries.
  • Record harvests promptly to maintain stock accuracy.
